Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Data & Digital Twins

Mondra is a high-growth tech start-up that is delivering a cutting-edge food system environmental insights platform to accelerate the planet’s progress to NetZero carbon emissions. Following a successful Series A fundraising round, we are scaling up rapidly and preparing for significant growth in user numbers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our supply chain data strategy and drive the development of digital twin capabilities within the Mondra platform. This role is pivotal in unlocking additional value from our existing data while identifying new partnership opportunities and data sources that enhance our supply chain visibility.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be lead data strategist - someone who can intuitively understand complex data relationships, identifying untapped opportunities within existing datasets and identifying emerging needs. You'll work closely with our Science and Engineering teams to continuously improve our digital representations of supply chains, enabling better decision-making across the food system.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional data thinking and analytical capabilities, combined with strong product management skills, to help Mondra become the definitive platform for supply chain intelligence. You'll receive support from the Head of Product while being empowered to drive strategic decisions and own the roadmap for this critical area of our business.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for supply chain data capabilities and digital twin development within the Mondra platform

• Identify opportunities to extract additional value from existing data assets and partnerships, working with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact initiatives

• Collaborate with potential data partners to understand integration opportunities and define partnership requirements

• Work closely with the Science team to understand the implications of different data sources and ensure methodological soundness in digital twin models

• Translate complex supply chain concepts into user-friendly product features that provide actionable insights

• Define the product roadmap for digital twin capabilities, balancing technical feasibility with customer value

• Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and validate product concepts

• Work with Engineering teams to ensure data integration architectures support scalable digital twin development

• Clearly define Epics, Features, and User Stories with well-articulated acceptance criteria for supply chain data features

• Act as the primary product liaison between internal teams and external data partners

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and guide development teams toward successful delivery of supply chain features

Skills

• 5+ years Product Management experience with a focus on data-intensive products, data platforms or complex data integration challenges.

• Proven experience working with large-scale, multi-dimensional datasets and demonstrated ability to synthesize actionable insights from disparate data sources

• Experience evaluating and structuring data partnerships, including understanding of data licensing, integration models, and partnership frameworks

• Background in supply chain management, logistics, or related field with understanding of food/FMCG supply chains preferred

• Familiarity with digital twin concepts and their application in supply chain contexts

• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is highly desirable

• Solid grasp of Agile principles with experience delivering using Scrum/Kanban methodologies

• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

• Experience working with APIs and data integration challenges

• Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing relationships with external partners

• Basic understanding of environmental impact assessment methodologies (LCA knowledge beneficial)

Personal attributes and qualities

• Strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term vision

• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

• Detail-oriented with ability to understand technical nuances while maintaining business focus

• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving complex problems

• Strong interest in sustainability and making a positive environmental impact
